ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our Pros serve as brand ambassadors for our organization. The quality service they provide instills confidence, builds awareness, and drives growth with our target markets.
As a Fixd Pro you will follow a daily schedule driven by customer requests, and coordinated by Dispatch and Service Management. You will attempt to complete repairs, maintenance and installation services in a single visit, but if additional visits are required you will coordinate with Dispatch and the customer to ensure the best outcome for the customer. You will coordinate parts ordering with your Service Manager. Your work schedule and job management will be provided and processed through our mobile app with strict attention paid to clear and complete documentation.
Fixd Pros maintain all licenses and continuing education hours as required by law and/or regulating bodies for their specific trade.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Delivering excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and next steps to customers
Managing your schedule and activities with Dispatch to create the best customer experience possible
Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Properly use technology to document and complete field visits
Producing timely and detailed service reports
Documenting processes on all required forms and systems
Operating vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperating with technical team and share information across the organization
Analyzing customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Providing guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs
Following standard procedures and process to ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective and unused parts and ordering and replenishing vehicle stock as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proven field service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules, and complete emergency visits on weekends and during the evening
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Willingness to learn and constantly improve
Technical degree or certification
Knowledge of structural and design of HVAC systems and electrical codes
Familiar with building codes and requirements on the job sites
Able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
Able to meet tight deadlines and produce error free work
Excellent attention to detail
Basic Math skills
Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work beyond normal office hours, if required
